19” Rack Mounted Recorder

The Galleon 19” rack mount recorder uses the same high bandwidth I/O and recorder software as Galleon’s popular XSR family of fully rugged recorders. IO options include sFPDP, Video, 40GbE, 25GbE, 10GbE and GbEthernet.

With Galleon’s modular recorder software applications, maximum performance is guaranteed. The 19” Rack Mount Recorder can optionally come with a docking port for the same Removable Data Module (RDM) as the XSR, or with SSDs installed directly into the recorder. With the latter option, performance at well over 1GB/s can be sustained.

Intel Core i7 and Xeon processor options, including the latest 9th generation, are supported with up to 96GB SDRAM supporting ECC.

Offload of the data can be performed through high Bandwidth connectivity (e.g. 10GbE), or through removal of an RDM.

The underlying 19” rackmount server uses the latest Embedded Intel processor and interface devices, providing exceptional performance at low power. Data security is available through both encryption and secure erase functionality.

Optional FIPS 140-2 and AES-256 hardware encryption provides a high level of data security with flexible key management options, including physical key tokens through front panel key loading port and remote loading over a secure network connection.
