HPR Offload Server

The HPR Offload Server is a robust, high-performance solution designed to seamlessly integrate with Galleon’s HPR Removable Data Modules (RDM). An HP DL380 server forms the backbone of this system, complemented by a custom Galleon docking station for the NVMe RDM. This combination delivers a flexible storage solution that can be easily adjusted to meet the demands of various applications including flight testing, missile testing, radar data recording, high-speed sensor data capture, and more.

Key features include power connectors to redundant power supplies, VGA, USB3.0 interfaces, 10GBase-SR optical ethernet interfaces, and a docking station for the RDM. The server is a 19” 2U rack-mountable unit with dimensions of 3.44in x 17.63in x 28.6in/8.75cm x 44.8cm x 72.7cm. It is supplied with a rail kit for easy installation. The HPR Offload Server runs on Red Hat or Oracle Linux 8.8 or newer and includes utilities for RAID and filesystem re-initialization on the RDM. The RDMs can be conveniently swapped with-out the need for tools, providing the versatility and adaptability required for effective data management.
