Espen Bøch

CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER

Espen Bøch is the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Galleon Embedded Computing AS, part of the Spectra family of companies since August 2021. He has spent his entire 30-year career in the aerospace and defense industry, as a design engineer and later as a project and program manager. Espen was one of the co-founders of Galleon in 2009.

Espen brings 30 years of experience in aerospace and defense to Spectra, with expertise in product development, program management, new business development, technical sales and management.

Prior to starting Galleon, Espen had 15 years of experience in VMETRO and Curtiss Wright Controls as a design engineer, team leader, and program manager.

Hailing from a town south of Oslo, Norway, Espen earned a BSc in Cybernetics from Oslo University College and an MSc in Electrical Engineering from the University of Minnesota and the University of Natural Sciences in Trondheim, Norway. Espen has additionally taken significant MBA-level coursework in entrepreneurship and business management.
